Our Platinum Package is the ultimate real estate photography package, perfect for properties that require a comprehensive visual marketing strategy. The package includes everything you need to showcase a property from all angles, including ground still photography, aerial drone photography and video, and a choice of either a Matterport 3D Scan with Dollhouse View or 360-Degree Panorama Sets for walkthroughs or Google Street Views.
Our skilled photographers will capture up to 30 professional-quality ground still images that showcase every corner of the property in stunning detail. Additionally, our experienced drone pilots will take up to 10 aerial images that will highlight the exterior and surrounding area of the property, along with 1 minute of video clips that will provide a unique perspective of the property from above.
To provide an immersive experience, clients can choose between two options for the package’s final component: a Matterport 3D Scan with Dollhouse View or 360-Degree Panorama Sets for walkthroughs or Google Street View. The Matterport 3D Scan provides an interactive 3D walkthrough of the property that allows potential buyers to experience the space virtually.

Alternatively, the 360 Degree Panorama Sets provide an interactive virtual tour of the property that showcases every room in a unique and engaging way, or the Google Street View option allows for seamless integration with Google Maps to further enhance the property’s online presence.

Central Alabama Photography and Video also offers photo and video editing services as part of your Platinum Package. The ground still interior/exterior photos will be professionally edited (Blue Sky and Window Pull Guarantee).

Alternatively, clients can opt for our Property Media Package add-on, which includes professional photo editing for the 360 panorama sets, a property website, a virtual tour that will showcase the property in its best light, an aerial video compilation set to music and branded and so much more.
