Our Diamond Package is a fabulous real estate photography package that offers our clients a comprehensive set of services to showcase their properties in the most engaging and immersive way possible. The package includes ground still photography of up to 30 images, which capture the interior and exterior of the property from various angles and perspectives, highlighting its best features and characteristics.

In addition to the ground still photography, our Diamond Package offers our clients the choice between two advanced services that take the property presentations to a whole new level.

The first option is a Matterport 3D Scan with Dollhouse View, which enables potential buyers to experience a virtual walkthrough of the property in stunning 3D detail.

The Matterport 3D Scan captures every detail of the property, from floorplans to wall colors, and creates a realistic, immersive experience that is both interactive and informative.

The second option is 360-Degree Panorama Sets, which create a virtual tour of the property by stitching together professional-quality images of every room or space. Our skilled photographers use specialized equipment and techniques to capture property’s every corner and angle, enabling potential buyers to explore the property at their own pace and from any perspective. Additionally, 360-degree panoramas can be uploaded to Google Street View (Businesses Only) for even more visibility.

Final content from the Diamond Package will be delivered to the client’s developer or web host for final editing. Alternatively, clients can opt for our Property Media Package add-on, which provides professional photo editing for the 360-Degree Panorama Images, a property website, and virtual tour services to create a polished, fully integrated marketing package.

All of the ground still images will be delivered to the client’s, professionally edited for their property. Our professional photo editors use advanced techniques to enhance the images (Blue-Sky and Window Pull Guarantee) and create a cohesive and visually stunning collection of photos.
